Build it from the job card
Add the parts and labor to the work order as you normally would. The estimate fills in from them, VAT included. Nothing gets typed twice.

Send a link
Press Send estimate and the app gives you a link. Paste it into a WhatsApp chat or a text message, or email it straight from MoreMiles.

The customer answers from their phone
They open the link in the browser, see every line and tap Approve & sign or Request changes. The answer lands on the work order and you get a notification in the app.

The invoice comes from the same job card

When the work is done, you invoice from the work order you built the estimate on. The lines are already there.

The total matches

The estimate and the invoice are calculated the same way, so if the job didn't change, the customer pays exactly what they approved.

e-Factura from the app

The invoice gets the next number in your own series. If you've connected your ANAF certificate, you send it to SPV straight from MoreMiles.

What shops ask us about estimates

Does my customer need an account or an app?

No. They open the link in their phone's browser and see the estimate. Approving and signing happen right on the page.

How do I send the estimate on WhatsApp?

Press Send estimate on the work order and the app gives you the link. Copy it into your chat with the customer, on WhatsApp or by text. By email, MoreMiles can send it for you.

What if the customer wants something different?

They press Request changes and write what they want. You see the note on the work order, adjust the estimate and send it again. Every send stays in the history.

Is the estimate a tax document?

No. The estimate has no series or number. The tax document is the invoice, which you issue from the same work order once the job is done.

Can I print the estimate?

Yes, on A4, with your shop's, the customer's and the car's details. If the customer signed online, the signature is on the printout too.
